Lending or insurance experience
Origination, underwriting, processing, actuarial or reinsurance experience strongly preferred for those roles.

A commitment to structuring credit the borrower can service, not to closing the most transactions.
Clear, plain communication
With borrowers and partners who may not have deep financial sophistication.
Compliance orientation
